This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.3 of 2019 on the file of the 1st respondent Police.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the 1st respondent Police submitted that the 1st respondent Police, on completion of investigation in Crime No.3 of 2019, filed charge sheet before the learned XVII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, Chennai, on 08.07.2019 and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.15775 of 2019.
