This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to modify the conditions imposed by the learned Sessions Judge, Sessions Court No.II at Kancheepuram in Crl.M.P.No.2921 of 2017 on 05.12.2017 2.Learned Government Advocate (crl. side) on instructions submitted that the petitioner was not report before the concerned Court till date and also that he is involved in various other offences and his life might be on threat, if he is permitted to report before the respondent police
