O R D E R

This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed praying to set aside the order dated 05.02.2014 made in M.P.No.3378 of 2013 on the file of the learned XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai and allow the same.

2. Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent police and the learned counsel for the second respondent, are all present.

3. Both the parties are filed a Joint Memo dated 02.12.2020 for withdrawing this Criminal Revision Petition stating that the dispute between the petitioner and the de https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

facto complainant has been settled, out of Court. The memo filed by either parties is recorded. Hence, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner through video conferencing seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Petition.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
