(CRIME NO.434/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner shall report before the Respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.11071/2021 dated 02.07.2021 and thus render justice.

Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. P. KALIMUTHU, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioners have filed this petition seeking to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11071 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Section 447 of IPC and 4 of TNPPDL Act, in Crime No.434 of 2021, while granting anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
