PRAYER:

This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 03.09.2014 and reminder dated 05.09.2015 by furnishing certified copies of the documents sought for therein to the petitioner (in accordance with the order of the 2nd respondent vide Na.Ka.No.39050/2013/No.5/Dated 18.07.2013).

ORDER

Though the petitioner has sought for a lesser prayer seeking for a direction to respondent No. 3 to pass appropriate orders on the pending representation dated 03.09.2014 and reminder dated 05.09.2015 made by the petitioner, by which certain documents filed by the petitioner were sought for, learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that while the request made by the petitioner in the representation and reminder cannot be considered, the documents filed by the petitioner would be returned.

2. Considering the above, a direction is issued to the 3rd respondent to return the documents filed by the petitioner as sought for in the representation dated 03.09.2014 made by the petitioner, which are available with the said respondent, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly the present writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
