This miscellaneous petition is filed seeking to implead The Assistant Commissioner, HR & CE, Nammakkal as the 3rd respondent in the above writ petition.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this implead petition is ordered, accordingly and the Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause-title.

3. Post the writ petition on 12.07.2024, for filing counter.
