ORDER
The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st Respondent to issue Patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of the subject property based on the recommendation order dated 22.03.2010 issued by the 4th Respondent.

When the Matter was listed for hearing on 26.09.2022, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence the matter was directed to be posted on 28.09.2022 under the caption ''For Dismissal''. Today, the case is listed for hearing under the caption "for Dismissal" but today also none represented on behalf of the petitioner. 2/4
3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
