O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to regularise the services of the petitioner in the post of Safaiwala with effect from the date of his initial appointment, namely, 18.06.2001 and grant him all consequential benefits.

2.The petitioner joined service as Safaiwala at the office of the respondent in the year 2001. According to the petitioner, he has been working continuously and his services have not been regularised. It is his further contention that similarly placed persons were appointed on regular basis. The petitioner made a representation to the respondent on 15.11.2011 but till date no orders have been passed and hence, the Writ Petition has been filed.

3.The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the respondent has denied the representation of the petitioner. 4.Since the respondent denies the employment, it is open to the petitioner to make appropriate application to approach the Labour https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Court or any other appropriate Court.
