This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 give police protection to petitioner and his family members based on his representation dated 18.04.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and perused the materials placed on record. 3.It is seen that St. Antony Church festival in Koovathur Village is to be held on 05.06.2018 and therefore, the petitioner has filed the present petition seeking police protection on the allegation that 4th and 5th respondents are creating trouble. Since there are disputes between the petitioner and the 4th and 5th respondents, this Court cannot issue a direction to the respondent Police to provide police protection to the petitioner alone. However, the Police shall ensure that there is no law and order problem during the church festival on 05.06.2018.
