Respondent Prayer: Petition filed under Article 227 of the Indian Constitution, to direct the Judicial Magistrate - II at Pondicherry to dispose the DVC No.75 of 2020 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate - II, Pondicherry.

ORDER

The civil revision petitioners seek expeditious disposal of the DVC.No.75 of 2020 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate II at Puducherry.

2. A perusal of the e-Courts proceedings would show that the respondent wife has taken out applications in Crl.M.P.Nos.3675 and 3676 of 2020 and another application in Crl.M.P.No.1428 of 2021. All these applications are pending and therefore, the main DVC is not taken up for disposal.

3. When the Interlocutory Applications are pending, it might not be appropriate to direct disposal of the main proceedings. Therefore, suffice it to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate II at Puducherry to dispose of the Interlocutory Applications pending before him within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The civil revision petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
