O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this petition seeking directions to the first respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.02.2021.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioners father has two wives and two sons. The petitioner and his younger brother were born through the first wife. There is no issues to the second wife. The petitioner's father died on 17.08.2019, for which, he made an application to the respondents to issue legal heirship certificate. Till date, the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court seeking appropriate relief.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may issue direction to the 4th respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 11.02.2021 within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation dated 11.02.2021 made by the petitioner will be considered and the orders will be passed in accordance with law within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

5. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on eitherside, this Court directs the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.02.2021 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
