This petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police to register a case on the complaint dated 20.05.2016 given by the petitioner and investigate according to the law expeditiously.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the petitioner's complaint dated 20.05.2016, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 15.06.2016. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar.

Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
