O R D E R
This petition is filed seeking for a direction, directing the respondent police to register a case in connection with the above matter for which the CSR was issued vide No.119/2015 and to investigate the same and register FIR.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.
3. It appears that the petitioner has been threatened by the opposite party and therefore, the petitioner lodged a complaint on 10.02.2015, for which petition enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.119 of 2015. Even in the complaint, the petitioner has not given the mobile number from which he received the call. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. Hence, a positive direction cannot be issued to the respondent police to register a case on the complaint given by the petitioner on 10.02.2015. Hence, this petition is closed with a direction to the petitioner to approach the police if there is any fresh threat from the opposite party to his life and on such complaint is being given, the respondent police shall enquire into the same and take action in accordance with law.
