ORDER

The plaintiff is the revision petitioner, challenging the order refusing to number the application filed by him in I.A.S.R.No.4090 of 2016 to implead the subsequent purchasers of the suit property. The reason given by the learned trial Judge is that there was a direction by this Court to dispose of the suit within a time frame and there is no specific direction for impleadment of the third parties, and hence, the I.A. was rejected as not maintainable. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection for numbering the I.A. filed to implead the proposed parties in the suit. Accordingly, the trial Court is directed to number the I.A., hear both the parties and dispose of the said I.A. on merits and in accordance with law. With this direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. C.M.P. is closed.
