ORDER
(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.13150 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No. 13264 of 2018 to report before the respondent police once in a month at 10:30 a.m until further orders.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is not complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the investigation is still pending, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.13150 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No. 13264 of 2018.
