The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the investigation has been completed and the case has been closed as "mistake of fact". RCS notice has also been served on the de facto complainant.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner/de facto complainant also accepts that the RCS notice has been served upon the complainant.

3. In view of the submissions made by both the learned counsel, further proceedings in this petition is dropped. Accordingly, this Contempt petition is closed.
