ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time given to the petitioners for surrendering before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kumarapalayam, as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P No.14967 of 2020 dated 24.09.2020.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.14967 of 2020 dated 24.09.2020 with some conditions. Since there was delay in obtaining a certified copy of the order, the petitioners could not comply with the condition within stipulated period.

3. Heard both sides.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioners to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready.
