PRAYER in W.P.No.4461 of 2014: Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records of the respondents herein relating to the advertisement dated 21.09.
2013 published in "The Hindu" daily newspaper and the brochure annexed to the application and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents in the selection of LPG retail distributorship provide 33% reservation for women, the facility of LPG godown, showroom, delivery infrastructure and working capital assistance to the SC/ST candidates through SC/ST Corpus Fund which was given in earlier selections as found in the brochure 2010 and provide concession in payment of security deposit to ensure the reservation meant for the SC/ST and remove the stringent condition the applicant shoud show the bank balance to the tune of Rs.5 lakhs in urban areas and 2.5 lakhs in urban and rural and the land at the time of application itself for the SC/ST and reissue the brochure.
