This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.5220 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.5624 of 2023 dated 13.04.2023 that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m.

until further orders".

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.5220 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.5624 of 2023 dated 13.04.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
