2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that, based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, investigation is pending in Crime No.21 of 2016 before the 2nd respondent.

4. The 2nd respondent-Police is directed to complete the investigation and file a Final Report or a Closure Report as the case may be, expeditiously, under due intimation to the de facto complainant.
