This petition has been filed to relax the condition in Paragraph No.3 imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.6897 of 2023 dated 11.05.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.8373 of 2023 that "the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police twice in a week i.e. every Monday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders".

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.6897 of 2023 dated 11.05.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.8373 of 2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
