1. Learned counsel for the applicant in the captioned applications says that, since, the arbitration proceedings have already been commenced, the captioned applications have been rendered infructuous. Accordingly, he seeks leave to withdraw the captioned applications.

2. As prayed by the learned counsel for the applicant, the applications are dismissed as withdrawn.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant says that in view of the order passed today in O.A.No.720 of 2013 and A.No.4476 of 2013, the captioned applications have also been rendered infructuous and, therefore, the same be closed.
