by the learned Subordinate Judge, Bhavani, Erode District.

2. Today when the Civil Revision petition came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is present and made a submission that the appeal in AS 1 of 2012 has already been disposed of and he has also made an endorsement in this regard.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Civil Revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
