ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents to grant ordinary leave for a period of 30 days to the petitioner's father namely Chinnathambi @ Palanisamy, S/o.Kaaliyannagoundar, aged 55 years, Life Convict Ct.No.7084, now confined in Central Prison, Coimbatore, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced a copy of the proceedings https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of the Deputy Inspector General of Prisons, Coimbatore dated 03.10.2020, which indicates that the convict has been granted 30 days leave on complying with the conditions mentioned thereunder including furnishing of sureties.
