The petitioner is working as Executive officer. In view of his health related problems, the petitioner submitted a representation on 11.10.2014, requesting the respondent to post him in any one of the places in and around Coimbatore. The present request is to direct the respondent to consider the said request.
2. The respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 11.10.2014 on merits and as per law and taking into account his medical related problems.
