Rs.3641.95 per Sq.mtr. and without deducting 33% of the land value and pass orders refixing the compensation payable, within a time to be stipulated by this Honourable Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.04.2023. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has given a representation dated 24.04.2023 for correction and recomputation of the compensation payable to the petitioner in respect of additional extent of 707 sq.mtrs. of land sought to be acquired from the petitioner in survey Nos.418/3 and 418/4A situated in A.Reddihalli Village, Dharmapuri Taluk by applying the land value already fixed by the 1st respondent authority itself in its proceedings dated 31.02.2022 viz. Rs.3641.95 per Sq.mtr. and without deducting 33% of the land value.

3. In reply, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 24.04.2023 will be considered and disposed of by the 1st respondent within a period of twelve weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents and also perused the materials available on record.

5. In view of the above, this Court directs the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.04.2023 on its own merits and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after issuing due notice to the petitioner and affording opportunity of personal hearing.
