The petitioner is A2 in Crime No.16 of 2014, has filed this petition to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.16 of 2014, on the ground that the Civil case has been given a criminal colour and the case has been initiated against him.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the case in Crime No.16 of 2014 has been closed as mistake of fact. She has also produced the Referred Charge Sheet (RCS) No.11 of 2014 filed before the concerned court on 25.10.2014. 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In view of the above submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives in this Petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
