This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 06.08.2016 and to investigate the same 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had seen an advertisement in a news paper and had deposited money to the tune of Rs.56,500/- to one Mr.Jatin Tomar. The said Mr.Jatin Tomar collected the money and had vanished. In this regard, the petitioner had given a complaint to the respondent police.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the petitioner's complaint dated 06.08.2016, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on the ground that the amount deposited by the petitioner to the bank https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

account of Mr.Jatin Tomar belong to New Delhi and Uttar Pradesh Branches. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar.

Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
