When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the 1st petitioner has complied with the conditions imposed by this Court but the 2nd petitioner did not comply.
2. This Crl.MP.No.8466 of 2024 is filed by the 2nd petitioner in Crl.OP.No.9941 of 2024 to extend the time for compliance of the conditional order passed in Crl.OP.No.9941 of 2024 dated 29.04.2024 for a further period of four (4) weeks, insofar as this petitioner/Accused No.6 is concerned.
3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this criminal original petition.
Accordingly, this Crl.MP is ordered as prayed for by extending time to the petitioner herein/2nd petitioner in Crl.OP.No.9941 of 2024 to comply with the same within a period of four weeks from today.
4. Post the case on 11.07.2024.
