ORDER

It is the grievance of the petitioner that in connection with the issuance of NBW against her sister's husband, one Seshathri, the respondent police has summoned her often and harassed her.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is represented by the Additional Public Prosecutor that NBW issued against Seshathri has been executed and he was arrested on 15.10.2020 and in such view of the matter, the presence of the petitioner is not required.
