..Respondents PRAYER : Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 (Central Act 70 of 1971) to punish the respondents herein for willful disobedience of the order passed by this Hon'ble Court dated 01.08.2018 in W.P.No.4250 of 2015.

O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the contempt petitioner made a submission that the order passed by this Court on 01.08.2018 in W.P.No.4250 of 2015 has been complied with.

2. In this regard, the Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner (Legal) issued an order in proceedings dated 19.09.2019 and stated that "On revision, a sum of Rs.1754/- has been worked out as the Monthly Member Pension. The said amount shall be released for the month of September 2019 and credited in the first week of October 2019."

3. This being the order passed, no further adjudication is required in this contempt petition and accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed.
