Considering the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 12.04.2024 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
