2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Senior Panel Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. The learned Senior Panel Counsel has no serious objection to condone the delay.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition and the no objection expressed by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands allowed.
