O R D E R

At this stage of the hearing of the Contempt Petition, a counter affidavit, dated 21.4.2014, has been filed on behalf of the respondents stating that the order of this Court, dated 9.4.2012, made in W.P. No.21047 of 2009, has been complied with. However, the learned counsel appearing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that, if any amount is due and payable to the petitioner, the petitioner may be permitted to agitate the same before the appropriate forum, in the manner known to law.

2. In such circumstances, as no further orders are necessary, the Contempt Petition stands closed. However, it is made clear that, if any amount is due and payable to the petitioner, either as retiral benefits, or otherwise, it would be open to the petitioner to claim the same, by filing appropriate applications, before the authorities concerned.
