This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case on the complaint dated 10.08.2016, investigate and file final report.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
3. On reading of the complaint, it essentially appears to be a civil dispute. Hence, no positive direction can be issued to the police to register a case. Accordingly, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
