This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to implement the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate I, Alandur in Crl.M.P.No.4704 of 2024 dated 13.11.2024 to register the case upon the complaints given by the petitioner dated 06.07.2024 and 01.10.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. On a perusal of the order dated 13.11.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.4704 of 2024, it is revealed that the learned Judicial Magistrate I, Alandur directed the second respondent to conduct a preliminary enquiry and, if any offences are disclosed, register the First Information Report. However, so far, the second respondent did not conduct the preliminary enquiry and also failed to register any First Information Report. 2/4

4. In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to register the First Information Report, as directed by the learned Judicial Magistrate I, Alandur in Crl.M.P.No.4704 of 2024, and proceed with the investigation against the accused.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
