ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m until further orders imposed in para No.7(c) in Crl.O.P.No.6450 of 2026 dated 12.03.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the above submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed by this Court. Accordingly, the condition imposed by this Court by order dated 12.03.2026 in Crl.O.P.No.6450 of 2026 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
