This petition has been filed, seeking direction upon the respondent/Police to register a case on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 10.12.2014.

It is submitted by learned Additional Public Prosecutor, representing the respondent/Police that the petitioner is the Managing Director of Akilandeshwari Real Estate Pvt. Ltd.,, and he received monies from various persons and deceived them, and on the basis of the complaint given by one of the investors, by name Balachandran, case was registered against the petitioner in Cr.No.1358 of 2014, on the file of B1 Sivakanchi Police Station, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

for offence under Section 420 IPC. Similarly, on the complaint given by one other investor, named Ravi, case was registered against the petitioner, in Cr.No.1282 of 2014. Now, the present complaint came to be lodged by the petitioner as a counter-blast to the earlier complaints given by those persons and many more complaints are being received against the petitioner by the deceived persons. The Additional Public Prosecutor, therefore, submitted that there is no authenticity in the allegations made in the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 10.12.2014.

Recording the above submission, the Criminal Original Petition is closed, and it is open to the petitioner to file private complaint, if so advised.
