PRAYER : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the order of the first respondent herein passed in Na.Ka.Pa.Ve.3/2013/A3 dated 31.12.2013 posting the Village Assistants as Night Watchmen and quash the same in so far as the petitioners are concerned and consequently direct the first respondent herein not to post the petitioners as Night Watchmen in accordance with the instructions issued by the second respondent herein in Na.Ka.No.RA.2(2)/93231/10 dated 08.12.2010.
