ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to consider the petitioner representation dated 06.10.2020 not to utilize or convert the Park and Play ground area which was marked as per the DTCP approved layout and the Gift deed and to maintain the same as park and playground.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. The apprehension of the petitioner is that the second and third respondents proposed to construct Micro-Compositing Centre in the place which were earmarked for park.

4. On instructions, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents have dropped the proposal and there is no construction of Micro-Composting Centre in the subject property which was earmarked for park as per the layout.

5. Recording the above said submission, this writ petition is closed.

Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
