ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.33143 of 2020 dated 29.01.2020 that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on the first and 15th day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has reported before the police station till 15.02.2020 and thereafter, he has not complied the condition. Hence, this petition is liable to be dismissed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
