This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to issue a No Objection Certificate to the petitioner to run a SPA ie., Cross Relaxation Massage in the name and style of "GREEN PARK SPA" at Hotel Adhiyaman Palace, No.69, Salem Main Road, Dharmapuri, Dharmapuri District Pin No.636 701 by passing orders on the petitioner's representation dated 26.05.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, petitioner's representation dated 26.05.2023 is available with the respondent police and appropriate orders will be passed within a period of four weeks.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the first respondent to pass orders immediately in the manner known to law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
