(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the bail condition that the petitioner shall stay at Dindivanam and report before the Dindivanam Town Police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and the petitioner shall not enter into the jurisdiction of the respondent police imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15142 of 2020, dated 25.09.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15142 of 2020 dated 25.09.2020 is modified to theeffect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
