It is reported by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that in spite of several letters and remainders sent to the petitioner, the petitioner has not turned up and subsequently, he has sent a letter to the petitioner, that was also returned as "no such person". Hence, this civil revision petition may be closed as no instruction from his client.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has produced a memo today stating that a suit in O.S.No.18 of 2007 was filed and the same was decreed on 14.06.2012, against which, an appeal in A.S.No.39 of 2013 was filed and the same was disposed of on 09.02.2016.

3. In view of the said submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and memo filed by the respondents, this civil revision petition is closed. No costs.
