: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned demand notice dated 09.11.2010 issued by the 3rd respondent vide reference for the property bearing No.129/3, Arcot Road, Vadapalani, Chennai-600 026, and quash the same and consequently forbear the 3rd respondent demanding the enhanced rent retrospectively from 01.11.2001 in respect of the above said property.
