O R D E R

This petition arises out of an order of the first respondent under the provisions of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007. By virtue of this order, the first respondent has directed the petitioner to vacate the premises located at No.10, Vaigai Street, Vallalar Nagar, Nainarmandapam, Mudaliarpet, Puducherry - 605 004 and hand over the same to the second respondent. The learned counsel for the second respondent submitted that this order has been complied with.

2. There is no representation for the petitioner. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. However, there is no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 02.08.2023 Asr Index : Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order
