With the consent of the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. Heard Mr.Balan Haridas, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Ayyasamy, learned Central Government Standing Counsel for the first respondent. Since this Court is disposing of the writ petition, without going into the allegations made by the petitioner, as against the second and

third respondents, notice to the second and third respondents is dispensed with.

3. This writ petition has been filed praying to direct the first respondent to forbear the second and third respondent from interfering with the functioning of the Simpson and Group Companies Employees Co-operative Society Limited, in any manner, by making claim as if the second respondent is the Chairman and further by not preventing the petitioners from the smooth functioning of the Simpson and Group Companies Employees Cooperative Society Limited.

4. The petitioner has certain grievances as against the private respondents viz., R.R.2 and 3, alleging that they are interfering in the functioning of the petitioners as Chairman/Director of the Simpson & Group of Companies Employees Co-operative Society Limited.

5. In this regard, a representation has been sent by the petitioners to the first respondent, who is the Central Registrar of Co-operative Societies, on 27/10/2015. Since the matter pertains to the internal administration of the Society, it is appropriate for the first respondent to consider the petitioners representation and examine the merits of the matter and pass a reasonable order, after hearing all the concerned.

6. In the light of the above, without going into the merits of the allegations made by the petitioners as against the respondents 2 and 3, there will be a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioners, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.

No costs.

Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
