ORDER

The grievance of the writ petitioner is that though her husband died while he was on duty as a construction worker on 12.07.2016, the third respondent had not paid compensation to her and in this regard, her representation dated 16.02.2018 was not considered by the third respondent. Hence, she filed the present Writ Petition. 2.Ms.C.Meera Arumugam, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would contend that they would pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. 3.In the circumstances, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 16.02.2018 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
