2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, in respect of the disputed amount, already the petitioner raised a dispute under Section 33C(1) of the Industrial Disputes Act.
3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Contempt Petition stands closed with a liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law before the appropriate forum.
