The learned Special Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the respondents, made a submission that the enquiry under Section 145 of Cr.P.C., had been concluded and the petition was closed. Thus, the cause aroused for the purpose of filing the present writ petition became vanished.

2. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
